AWD was established over 40 years ago in 1982 as American Wick Drain manufacturing geocomposite sheet drain products. We are headquartered in Monroe, NC where we have grown our manufacturing facility and engineered product lines over our decades of experience. Following our continuous growth in Monroe, in 2006, we expanded our reach and added a west coast plant in Carson City, NV. Our SITEDRAIN™ product lines include prefabricated single and double-sided sheet drain, strip drain, chimney drain, combination drain and prefabricated vertical (“wick”) drain. We also have patented fittings and accessories to provide a complete drainage system solution.

With our expansions and excellent customer service, we are proud to say that we are the leading manufacturer of prefabricated sheet and strip drain in the United States. Since we keep our manufacturing facilities here in the US, our products meet Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements.
